Burnfoot
Holiday Cottages

Burnfoot holiday cottages are situated in the picturesque Eskdale Valley three and a half miles from the town centre of Langholm in Dumfries and Galloway.

The cottages, situated in the grounds of Burnfoot House are a conversion from a stable block built in 1852. The cottages vary in size from one to three bedrooms accommodating 2 - 7 people.

Pentonbridge Inn

We have nine beautifully appointed bedrooms both in the original building and in the connected converted barn. Most have views over the stunning Cumbrian countryside, and all take their name from a Border Reivers clan infamous for raiding and marauding their neighbours.

Lidalia Caravan Park

This beautiful Caravan site is located in the town of Newcastleton near Langholm. Usually only accepting Caravan Club members, however if you mention that you are taking a Wild Eskdale experience they will welcome tents and non-caravan club members.

Border House B&B

The Border House is a small family run bed and breakfast and is situated on the high street which is also on the main A7 route to Edinburgh . Langholm is known as the famous "Muckle Toon" of the Scottish Borders. All guests are given a warm and friendly welcome.

Hand crafted by Kate in 2016 it is cozy, comfortable and a perfect get-away. With a small wood burner and unlimited logs it is glamping at its very warmest and most glamorous. Based at the beautiful Arkleton Walled Garden.
